ACADEMIC PROGRAMS

 


The PNSA offers a two-year Associate Degree and a four-year Bachelor of Science Degree. The school is offering specialisations in Agronomy Science, Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, Aquatic Resource Management and Aquaculture, Agricultural Management, Forestry, Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, Agribusiness/Economics, Food Technology and Horticulture. PNSA has over the years produced 2600 graduates. At present the school has approximately 80 qualified and specialized educators who are teaching the about 1000 students at the school. The number of students is expected to rise in the coming years.

The PNSA has developed new curricula to provide students with high-level training in theory and practice. The academic year is divided into two semesters: The first semester from November to April and the second semester from April to September. Each semester has a duration of approximately 16 weeks.
